Why doesn't my username and password work?

The most common reasons for failed logins are:

1. You have failed to login too many times in a row.
After failing to login multiple times in a row, your account will lock itself temporarily. To resolve this issue, you need to click here to contact support.

2. Your are using an incorrect login or password.
Both your login & password are CaSe SeNsiTiVe and should not contain any spaces on either side. (They and must be entered with the exact capital and lowercase letters received in your sign up email). You can try to re-login again or if you are still unable to login, click here to contact support.

3. Your account may have expired.
Your credit card could have been denied during its re-billing periods. If you credit card has been denied you will have lost your ability to enter our members area, due to non payment. To rejoin, click here.

4. Your account may have been shared.
If you have shared your login/password involuntarily or intentionally, your account is most likely locked. You will need to click here to contact support, please include the following information:

Username:
Password:
Subscription Number/ID:
Full Name (First & Last):
Email Address used when signing up (NOT just a contact email):
Payment type (Check/Credit Card):
Site you are having issues with:
Description of Issue:
