How do I change my account username or password?

We are sorry, but there is no way to change your account information from our end. For security reasons we are unable to change your username, password, credit card number, expiration date, email address, etc... You must cancel your membership and then rejoin as a new member. At that time you can enter any new information, as well as choose a different username and password.
