What is your refund policy?

We have a no charge back policy, and refunds are possible by writing our Customer Support representatives at Customer Support and explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. Be aware that if a large amount of content was downloaded a refund will not be possible. Be as clear and concise as possible about why you are canceling and desire a refund.
